Most of you might be thinking of Sarah as a character in the Bible. To be honest I am not very familiar with Biblical characters, especially that of Sarah. But actually, the Sarah that I'm talking about is not even in the Bible. I am referring to Sarah who was the daughter of
Mary Magdalene to Jesus Christ. Sarah is the carrier of the Holy Blood of Christ, or what pop legends refer to as the Holy Grail.
This speculation shocked the whole world when Dan Brown's best-seller The Da Vinci Code was released. The novel speaks of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene being married. It was said that after the Crucifixion Mary Magdalene fled to Gaul, which we now know as
country of France. There she gave birth to her daughter to Jesus Christ and she named her Sarah.
From then on the bloodline continued and legends have it that the Merovingian Dynasty of France came from this holy bloodline. It was also said that there is a major white-wash by the church leaders to bury this secret for it will certainly rock the
very foundation of Christianity. Debates have stretched on, but personally I would say that The Da Vinci Code is an entertaining piece of literature and that genuine faith must not be shaken by a single book.
